Decide every ad move by how many results the account gets
Google and Meta only learn after enough conversions, and small businesses rarely get there. So theStacc plans, writes and changes ads around that limit, and a person approves every step.
The method
- Know the money. The owner tells us what a customer is worth. We work out the most a booking can cost.
- Pick the result the budget can buy about 15 times a month: a booking, a lead or a call.
- Price it from Keyword Planner costs for their city. If clicks cost too much, we say so.
- Keep it to one campaign with a few themes and two ads in each.
- Write only from approved facts, checked against the rules for that kind of business.
- Send it paused. Turning it on is a separate approval.
- Change slowly. Wait 2–4 weeks before judging. Every suggestion shows how sure we are and whether it restarts the platform's learning.
What we changed after the research
Kept
- Google Search first for most businesses
- Ad text only from approved facts
- Published paused, every change approved
Changed (now in the mock)
- Two ads per ad group, no pins
- Customer value and margin instead of a target cost
- Clicks first; bidding on conversions after about 30 a month
- Tracking must work for 14 days first
- Suggestions show how sure they are
- Cap leaves room for Google overspending
- Online stores start on Shopping; Meta is second for real estate and education
Cost to run
| What | Cost |
|---|---|
| Google Ads API and Keyword Planner | Free (enough for about 1,000 accounts) |
| One finished campaign draft | about $0.35 (₹30) |
| Weekly suggestions for one account | about $0.06 |
| One active account per month (4 drafts, weekly suggestions, report) | about $1.70 (₹145) |
Estimates. We'll measure real costs once it's built. Ad spend is the customer's own money.
Which model
- Sonnet 5.5 for planning, writing ads, suggestions and the claim check. It's what the blog and social writers already use.
- Haiku 5.5 only for cheap sorting, like grouping keywords. It's too unreliable to judge.
- Opus 5.5 only if a test shows clearly better campaigns. It costs twice as much.
- All limits and safety checks run in code, not in the model.
Still to check
- Dental Council ad rules (our example business is a dentist)
- Real Indian cost benchmarks. None are reliable, so we'll learn them from our own accounts
